• Group Therapy: $35/session 

• Assessment & Report Writing $175/hour 

• Court Appearance $250/hour 

• Records Requests $60 

• Co-Parenting Sessions $135 (this is not covered by insurance) 

• No-Show for Appointments or Late Cancel within 24 hours notice $50

• Telephone consultation, email and non-routine paperwork $30 for each 15-minute unit  

• Laminates/Visual Schedules/Classroom Aids - $3/sheet   

• School Meetings - After the first-hour school (or any outside) meetings are billed at $135/hour
