Alisha Fletcher is a licensed clinical social worker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maine. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Her expertise includes supporting autistic individuals, with a focus on helping those who experience anxiety, selective mutism, depression, and social differences.

EXPERIENCE
As a part-time clinician, Dr. Fletcher is a licensed clinical social worker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maine. Her expertise includes supporting autistic individuals, particularly those experiencing anxiety, selective mutism, depression, and ADHD.
Dr. Fletcher is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Wilmington University, where she teaches in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Social Work Program at the University of Delaware.
In her full-time role, she is the Director of the Delaware Network for Excellence in Autism (DNEA), where she provides training and professional development for individuals who work with and support autistic people.​​

Her clinical focus includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, adjustment disorders, attention deficit disorders, specific fears, selective mutism, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Fletcher has experience adapting evidence-based practices to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
